We were staying at the Ballarat Colonial Inn. This store is a 5 minute walk. We arrived a bit late they were about to close. The gentleman was fantastic we ask if it was to late to look he said no worries. We both bought pair of uggs

Thought I would leave a review about your Ugg Boots, they are fantastic. My grandson loves them, I cant get out of bed unless I have them on, he check on my feet. They are warm and feel great on my feet. Thanks for your time at Ballarat market.

AMAZING! I went in to buy a pair of ugg boots and the customer service was incredible. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure that the slippers were comfortable and I felt so welcomed. 100% I will be back to buy a pair for my husband and other family members! I cannot recommend Mick and his shop enough!

Got my Moccasins from Soulmates in January, absolutely love them. So warm and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff. If you go to Ballarat , drop in and browse. I'm sure you'll find something you like.

Could not recommend Sole Mates enough! I went in to purchase slippers for the family not knowing what we wanted or needed. Mick was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient (especially with my two girls..) He took the time to size us up correctly and make sure we were all happy. The quality of the products and price was fantastic! Iām glad we were able to support such a great local business and we will defiantly be back again!
